DIY 3 Ingredients Body Scrub

Hey guys today I’m going to show you my favourite scrub recipe. I don’t use chemical exfoliators since I have sensitive skin so, I came up with this recipe.

Let’s get started

1] Brown Sugar


Take a cup of organic brown  sugar, I grounded it until it became coarse but, you can keep it the way it is.

Application of brown sugar helps to lighten skin and diminish the scars.

2] Coffee


Take half cup of coffee powder  [coarsely grounded].

Exfoliating with coffee grounds improves circulation, leaving you with smooth, glowing skin. The caffeine found in coffee scrubs typically increases blood flow, and may reduce the appearance of cellulite and give your skin a more even tone.

3] Coconut oil


Ideally half cup of organic coconut oil would be enough but, you can add more depending on how moisturising you want.

Coconut oil is a great skin softener and helps you do away with dry and hard skin conditions.

Mix all of this together and store it in a air tight container until next use

Make sure you do a patch test to check whether you are not allergic to any ingredient.

This scrub is very moisturising, so chances are there that you’re bathroom floor might get slippery. Be Careful while using it.

You can also add essential oils such as almond, lavender, peppermint etc
